Official Rules


Tickets cost $50.00 each. You can buy as many as you want while supplies last. Ticket purchasers must be at least 21 years old or older to participate. Only 1,000 tickets will be sold. One gun will be named off every week for 52 weeks and the raffle will commence on January 1, 2024. Firearms listed on ticket will be awarded in the order indicated and will not be substituted with another weeks gun. You are eligible to win each week for 52 times. Once the winning numbers have been selected all State and Federal laws apply. Each winner will be notified by CHC and informed as to where they can pick up their firearm. If winner cannot be contacted by phone, notification will be made by mail to the winners address with instructions. All winners must make arrangements with the dealer they are directed to by CHC within 30 days of winning. The winner must present the winning ticket along with identification to the dealer Winner must be present at gun dealer to fill out required State and Federal paperwork and pay Background/ Transfer fees. California’s 10 day waiting period applies to all firearm transfers. After 10 day waiting period, winner is free to receive their firearm. Law requires that you pick up your firearm 20 days after the 10 day Waiting period for a total of no more than 30 days or else they will have to undergo another 10 day waiting period. Winners must complete process within 60 days total or risk forfeiture of the firearm back to CHC. CHC reserves the right to substitute firearm or offer gift certificate of similar value do to circumstances beyond our control. Winning ticket numbers will be selected on Wednesday Evening 7pm on CHCs Facebook page.. Results will be posted on CHC’s website and Facebook page. Any money collected by CHC after all tickets are sold will be refunded to the donor in full immediately. All proceeds go to benefit CHC’s on going fight to preserve our hunting rights.
